This document supports you in a smooth installation of our app

 How do you log in?
1) Download the application from App Store or Google Play.

2) Open the application and press “Scan QR code” to connect to your company's Syntegro environment.
2.1) For users of the first version (SYN1): display the QR code via the user preferences tab in the SynCore web application (on the computer).
            
2.2) For users of the new version (SYN2): display the QR code via the “SynMobile QR-code” button in the top right-hand corner of the SynCore web application (on the computer).
                  
3) Log on to Syntegro using:
  1. Single sign-on
  2. Your login details
*This depends on your company's choice of employee login.

3.1) Log on via Single sign-on

Press "Continue" to connect via Single sign-on (and follow the steps)
       
3.2) Log on via your login details

These are the ones you also use for our web application.
         
4) Enable notifications

Would you like to be notified immediately of any leave requests, etc.? Then click on "Enable notifications".
         
5) And that's it! You can start using the application.
          
How to use the Syntegro application
Below we briefly show you around our app.

1) Where can I find the calendar?

On the home screen, click on "Calendar" in the bottom bar. 
The calendar opens.

            
2) How do Idisplay the calendar in day and week mode?

You can choose to display your calendar by day or by week. This is done via the buttons at top right.

3) How do I determine what appears in the calendar? 

Using the filter, you can check or uncheck what you want to appear in your calendar. To configure the filter, top on the filter icon. Don't forget to save your configuration.

          
4) How do I request a vacation?

In the calendar, you'll see a yellow plus sign. Click on it to open a new request form. 
Select the applicable “Result of the day”.
To submit the request to your team leader, click on “Request”.
          
5) How do I access my meter readings?

To access your meter readings, click on the “More” button in the bar on the home screen. Next, navigate to “Counters”, where you can view the number of vacations or balances remaining.
          
6. Where can I view a summary of requests?

Click on the “More” button in the home screen bar. Navigate to “Requests” and you can check whether your requests have been approved by your team leader.
        
7. How do I clock in and out via the virtual time clock on my smartphone?

Click on the “Time clock” button in the bar on the home screen. Then click on the yellow “Save” button. The yellow button then turns green. You can also view your incoming and outgoing clockings under “Recent clockings”.
