The calendar menu contains all the buttons needed to navigate, filter or process.
Processing
The calendar will automatically start processing with each action.
Through a task/job, an extra night processing runs every night so that the calendars are all calculated.
If an adjustment takes place outside the calendars and the result must be immediately visible, the processing menu can be used
By indicating a date in the date field and clicking on the "calculate" button, the calendar will start a processing for the selected employee.
Under the action menu, you can perform specific actions.
Refresh: Refresh the calendar when dates have changed.
Print preview: Create a print preview so that the calendar is offered in a printable format.
Requests: via this button you get an extra overview with the open requests and exceptions.
Closing date: to release the calendar after a remuneration period.
Customize work plan: To adjust the work plan of the selected employee.
Customize insert: To shift the active work plan by an X number of days.
Under this menu you can adjust the view to day, working week, week, etc.
The navigation menu is part of the calendar menu and can be used to navigate the calendar.
The navigation arrows are used to navigate to a previous, current or next period.
It can also be navigated to a certain week, month or year.
This is used to filter the data in the calendar.
Depending on which user role you are logged in, you can filter between certain day result groups.
These day result groups can be useful if there are a lot of things calculated in the calendar.
This way you can opt for a compact view or a more extensive view.
The filter by period results can also be changed to view certain period results in more detail.
For example, if a leave cascade is used, you can use this filter to filter between the overview or a detailed picture of the partial divisions.
Quickpick
The quickpick menu can be used to quickly put corrections in the calendars.
