Wherever a blue male is shown behind it indicates that it is a manual correction.
Change or delete bookings.
If you click on the booking you will get a popup where you will see 3 tabs.
- Removal:Under this tab you can delete the booking. This can be used especially if an employee has booked too much once.
- Change: this allows you to adjust the booking time. One reason could be that an employee was on time but booked too late but was already at work.
- Detail: under the detail tab you will be able to find all the actions that have been done for this specific booking. You can see here who created this booking and with which user role.
Change or delete day results
- Removal:Under this tab you can delete the day result. This can be used if an employee has come to work while he had leave.
- Modifying:In the Change tab, you can perform multiple actions. This way you can adjust the type of day result. For example, from legal holidays to ADV. The data mode can also be adjusted. For example, you can adjust a full day of holiday to half a day.
- Detail: Under the detail tab you will be able to find all the actions that happened for this specific absence. You can see here who created it and with which user role.
Change or delete authorizations
- Authorize to: Unlike the other corrections, you cannot find a tab deletion when authorization. To remove the authorization from the system, the time is set to 00:00 and clicked on "authorize to". In this way, the authorization will disappear and become visible back in the calendar.
- Detail: Under the detail tab you will be able to find all the actions that happened for this specific absence. You can see here who created it and with which user role.
Change or delete period result correction
- Removal:Under this tab you can remove the period result correction.
- Modifying:This is not possible with a period of result. A new correction will always overwrite an existing correction if both corrections are made on the same day.
- Detail: under the detail tab you will be able to see who created it and with which user role.
Cyclic mode or single mode
In Cyclic mode, it is possible to request a certain corrections according to a cyclic pattern.
For example, you can indicate here that a certain absence or correction over a certain period of time must come back on Monday.
The cyclic correction always consists of 6 steps:

In the "From" field, the start date is set.

In the "Repeat to" field, we place the end date.

We choose the fashion of repetition.

It is specified every how many weeks the cyclic pattern is valid (e.g. "1", in other words weekly). Afterwards, the days can be selected (e.g. Monday).

The correction that one wants to make cyclically.

After filling in the data, press "create correction". A leave request will now be placed on every Monday within the start/stop date.
Direct insert/remove corrections via Quick Pick
The insertion of corrections (day results) is also possible via the 'Quick Pick' in the calendar screen.
Via the "Config" icon you can compile a list of day results, schedules and cost centers that you want to use in the quickpick (the most common one you use). You will receive a popup with a list from which you can select.

You will now get the list of all the daily results you have selected in the quickpick list. These can now be used in the calendar.
