The top line of theLegend has it that has been used through acalendar code. There is a system setting"Group of daily result groups for absence" consisting of one or moreDaily result groups. The color shown is the color assigned to thedefinition of the assigned daily result group. When you have severalUsing day result groups, you can distinguish between absencessuch as holidays, illness, ... and between employees who are not present owvservice trip, telework, ... The bottom line of theLegend indicates with which colors non-work days (e.g. grid-free, weekend,Holidays, ...) are colored. Each of these colors can be customized viathe corresponding system setting in 'Colors' tab.
In the screen there is aNumber of actions that can be taken.
- " Binoculars": Allows you to filter specifically by a subgroupwithin the awarded employees. When the binoculars on a redbackground is shown, this means that a filter is active.
- Action: this allows you to refresh the screen or aCalling a print preview.
- Display () : if you have the rights (via system setting"Show 'View' button"), you can use a number of system settings yourselfcustomize (only for this session or permanently save)
- Filter () : if you have the rights (via system setting "Show'Filter' button"), you can choose the sorting (in department, onemployee team, ...) and possibly filter by shown daily results and ifI want to show the supervisors.
- Mode : here you can choose the desired view: day,week, work week, ... Via the system setting "Report layout" you can use the defaultSetting up mode.
- TheRemaining action buttons are buttons to navigate through the calendar.
