Presence sign


The primary function of the module"Presence sign" is to see which employees are present. In addition, it canYou can also see why employees are not present based on theDifferent statuses:

·Book__email4__: the employees have already been clocked in and therefore present.

·Book: the employees have already been clocked out and therefore no longer present.

·Expected: the employee is based on hisThe scheduled schedule is expected but is not (yet) present.

·Absent: the employee has an absence code of absencedeployed and will therefore not be present.

·Not expected: the employee is based on hisPlanned timetable not expected.

·In pause: the employee is currently in pause.

The module "Presence sign" can be found in the following place: "Output /Monitoring / Presence board"

Lay out of the screen

The number in parentheses after the status, indicates how many employeeshave this status.

In the screen there are a number of actions that can be taken.

·"Selection": within the assigned population you can apply additional filters herethrough the " binoculars". These are the selections that also appear in the other screensare available

·"Start" and"Stop": with the system setting "Refresh period" you canSet how many seconds the screen is automatically updated. Itis also possible to activate this function by default (system parameter "AutoThe start of refresh."

·"Refresh":You can refresh the screen manually by pushing this button. The screenshows the situation of the corresponding time, being the last update.Also with an automatic refresh, the time of the last refresh isshown.

·Fashion: thereare different mode that can be displayed: "Border time" or"Time lapse time." There is also a system setting "Visualization" toDefault to boot in one of these modes. See further for specificinformation about this.

·SortAccording to: there are several sorting where the employeesare shown on the screen. There is also a system setting "Employees"sort by (default)" available with which you can sort the default sorting at theStartup of the screen can be set.

·Department:You can filter by department here. Only the employees of the relevantDepartment (or subdivision) will then be shown. Again you can find anotherSet default department via system setting "Division". Or you just theemployees of the department itself or also the employees of any possibleIf you want to show subdepartment, you can determine via system setting "•Department hierarchy: show alllesublevels."

·Status:Via status you can choose which status of the employee you want to show.(Present, Absent, Expected, Not Expected, in pause). See further forspecific information about this.

·(Full screen): The screenThe application is fully displayed as a presence board. The frames onthe side (menu) and at the top of the screen (logo, user role, ...)They all disappear. In this mode, the icon gets an orange background.By clicking on this you turnBack to normal mode.

·Popup:The presence board appears as a popup in the application. So you can continueNavigate the application without having to shut down the presence sign.

General System Settings

In addition to all further discussed system settingsA number of generic system settings are still possible. Allsystem settings related to the module "Presence Board" can be foundin the following place: "System management / Settings / Settings /Common / Attendance sign".

·Data profile: depending on your login profile, you have rights to possibly have a limitedManage/view group of people. With this parameter you can use that profilePossibly further restriction.

·UsePaging: with a large number of employees you can choose to have the employeesNot showing on one page, but on several pages.

·Period toSwap between the pages: when you use "Paging" you canSet how fast to move from one page to another (default= 5 seconds)

·Time/access- show departments as separate headers: The description of the department becomesshown, but only in the sorting "Division ID, Last name, First name" and withThe status "---".

·Time/access - use the color of the department asBackground : in the definition of departments, you can provide a color codeper department. You can use this color code as a background as an extrainformation.

·Time -show schedule abbreviation for names: activating this option, theAbbreviation of the timetable always shown for the display of the name. Thisapplies to all statuses and both in "Plate Time" mode and "Time lapse time"

·Show photoEmployee: You have the option to not only the names, but also theShowing photo of the employee. This only applies in "Bord modetime."



·HideLegend: the color legend with the different statuses is no longershown. This bar disappears.




·Colorsof the different statuses: the different statuses have a defaultcolor. It can be adapted at your own choice.

Status

The statuses below can be selected in the screen via theThe action button "Status".

In addition, there is a system setting "Status" with which the default chosen status can be set.

Status "---"

By selecting the option "---" as status, you show all employeeswith their different statuses in one overview. Often it is more convenient to 1Choosing certain status. Below you will find the different states, withany institutions typical of this status.

Status "Book"Author"

The workers areAlready clocked in and therefore present. This is very useful for the 'reception function'So you can immediately see who is already present.

Further detailsIt can possibly be displayed on the basis of a number of system settings:

  1. Timeline- show description of absences: the description of the absence (e.g."Legal Holiday") is shown in the absence bar.
  1. Timeline- show abbreviation of absences: the abbreviation of the absence (e.g. "WV")is shown in the absence bar.
  1. Timeline- show comment on these absences: the comment entered (e.g. "Enjoy"From your holiday!)is shown in the absence bar. With this parameterIt must be indicated on which absences the comment should be madeshown. This can be a smaller group than the absences shown.


Status "Not Expected"

The employeeIt is not expected based on its scheduled schedule.

Status "In pause"

The employee isCurrently in pause. Whether an employee is in pause or not is determinedUsing the system parameter "In pause: function test group". The hereIndicated job tests determine whether an employee is in pause.

System settingsSpecifically for mode "Time time"

There are a number of system settings thatspecifically apply to the display of the timeline in mode"Time lapse time."

  1. Timeline- start time: start of the timeline in hours (min. 00:00). In this example,the set (default) value 08:00.
  1. Timeline- stop time : end of the timeline in hours (max 24:00). In this example, theSet (default) value 19:00
  1. Timeline- color current time vertical line: in the timeline there is always aVertical line shown to indicate the current time. In this exampleThis is (default) orange.
  1. Timeline- skip bookings : Employees who are via virtual clock, IVR or mobile booksNot really present and should optionally be skipped in the presence boardbecome. With this parameter you can skip bookings depending on the wayon which the booking was made.
