The primary function of the module"Presence sign" is to see which employees are present. In addition, it canYou can also see why employees are not present based on theDifferent statuses:
·Book__email4__: the employees have already been clocked in and therefore present.
·Book↑: the employees have already been clocked out and therefore no longer present.
·Expected: the employee is based on hisThe scheduled schedule is expected but is not (yet) present.
·Absent: the employee has an absence code of absencedeployed and will therefore not be present.
·Not expected: the employee is based on hisPlanned timetable not expected.
·In pause: the employee is currently in pause.

The number in parentheses after the status, indicates how many employeeshave this status.
In the screen there are a number of actions that can be taken.
·"Selection": within the assigned population you can apply additional filters herethrough the " binoculars". These are the selections that also appear in the other screensare available
·"Start" and"Stop": with the system setting "Refresh period" you canSet how many seconds the screen is automatically updated. Itis also possible to activate this function by default (system parameter "AutoThe start of refresh."
·"Refresh":You can refresh the screen manually by pushing this button. The screenshows the situation of the corresponding time, being the last update.Also with an automatic refresh, the time of the last refresh isshown.
·Fashion: thereare different mode that can be displayed: "Border time" or"Time lapse time." There is also a system setting "Visualization" toDefault to boot in one of these modes. See further for specificinformation about this.
·SortAccording to: there are several sorting where the employeesare shown on the screen. There is also a system setting "Employees"sort by (default)" available with which you can sort the default sorting at theStartup of the screen can be set.
·Department:You can filter by department here. Only the employees of the relevantDepartment (or subdivision) will then be shown. Again you can find anotherSet default department via system setting "Division". Or you just theemployees of the department itself or also the employees of any possibleIf you want to show subdepartment, you can determine via system setting "•Department hierarchy: show alllesublevels."
·Status:Via status you can choose which status of the employee you want to show.(Present, Absent, Expected, Not Expected, in pause). See further forspecific information about this.
·(Full screen): The screenThe application is fully displayed as a presence board. The frames onthe side (menu) and at the top of the screen (logo, user role, ...)They all disappear. In this mode, the icon gets an orange background.By clicking on this you turnBack to normal mode.
·Popup:The presence board appears as a popup in the application. So you can continueNavigate the application without having to shut down the presence sign.
