When creating a new employee, only the fields "first name" and "surname", in the "info" tab are mandatory. Fill in these and the other desired fields and click on "Save"
The employee number and the personnel number are automatically created and filled in by Syntegro, the personnel number can possibly be adjusted by another unique code.
An employee can also be copied from an existing employee. To do this, the source employee must be selected and then clicked on "copy". In this case, all fields will be taken over except the employee number and personnel number will be changed. After the fields "first name" and "surname" have been changed, click "Save" to save the new employee.
