If an employee is deactivated, he can no longer use the time registration but his history is still retained.
There are several ways to deactivate an employee. The employee's "date out of service" can be put in the past, causing him to lose all rights. It can also be chosen to only access access control orDenying time registration. If both rights have been deprived and there is still a checkmark active, this means that this work no longer has access control and time registration but can still log in to the software. Click on "save" to save the settings.
When a certain employee is deactivated, the software license is released again.
