The user interface is reflected in different screens of the application. It displays all information about the opened menu item.
List view: List view displays a list of all items on this screen. By clicking on an item, the detail of it appears in the detail view. By clicking the arrows on the keyboard up or down, this list can be navigated by this list.
Detail view: Displays the detail of the selected item.

Filter
Refresh: This button retrieves the list of items from the server.
Preprint: This button opens a new page with the list of items in simple table view.
Download Excel: Generates and downloads an Excel file containing the list of items.
Number of results: The number of results displayed within the list of filtered data. The filtered data is the data that comes from the server-side filter.
Customize list view
The size of the list view block can be adjusted by dragging the right edge to the left or right
. List view can be minimized by clicking on the arrow
in this block.
Detail view
New: Click on it to create a new item.
Save: This action saves customization in this item.
Delete: Definitely deletes this item. Another screen will appear to confirm.
Copy: If clicked on this, a new item will be created with the same content as the source item except the itemID will be different. Adjustments can be made afterwards.
Refresh: Refresh the contents of this item. The content is removed from the server again.
Item specific buttons: Here can be multiple item specific buttons.
Notes: Add notes to an item so that a colleague can possibly make which adjustments were made when.
Item navigation: These buttons allow you to navigate to the previous and next item in the item list.
Help: A help text can be entered yourself via the "help" button.
Shortcut: Click here to navigate to the screen where the contents of the dropbox can be determined. This screen will automatically open in a new tab. By holding down the SHIFT button, this screen is displayed in a pop-up.
Different languages: If multiple languages have been chosen, the description of fields in 3 languages can be entered
Copy: By clicking the Copy button, the contents of the field behind which this button is copied to the clipboard.
Paste: This button pastes the contents of the clipboard into the field behind which this button is located.
